Welcome to AHHS Counseling, Excellence for All Students!

The counseling center is focused on academic achievement for all students of AHHS. Do you want to explore your graduation requirements, credits, Programs of Study? We can help! Do you need a transcript, ACT, SAT, or TAKS information? We can help! Do you need help making the transition from graduation to college or the workforce? We can help! We offer College Nights, FASFA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) Assistance and assistance with college applications. Whatever your academic or social need, if you do not know where to start, please come to the counseling center where you will always be welcome and supported through your journey in high school.

 Let us help you get ready for college!

GET HELP WITH COLLEGE FINANCIAL AID ON SUPER SATURDAYS 

The Fort Worth ISD wants to help you get ready for college!  

The Super Saturdays and College Financial Aid (FAFSA) Help Sessions will assist students with completing college applications, scholarship applications and essays. In addition, financial aid information sessions will be offered in English and Spanish during the fall semester, and bilingual FAFSA Help Sessions will be offered during the spring semester.  

These sessions can be of significant help to students and parents with completing the FAFSA application. These events are a collaborative effort with Tarrant County College and other District educational partners. 

ALL LISTED DATES ARE AVAILABLE TO ANY FORT WORTH ISD STUDENT.

Super Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.  

     

College Financial Aid Help Sessions, 6:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

 Cap and Gown Ordering Information

Herff Jones will no longer be taking orders on campus. Students will need to place orders thru their store front located at 2610 West Vickery Blvd. if students or parents have any questions they can call 817-336-2035 for answers.

 Seniors: Register for the March SAT Administration

The March SAT® is an important administration for seniors. It is one of the last opportunities they have to get their scores to colleges for admission consideration.
