Nestled in the Fairmount community since 1914, De Zavala Elementary School was named after Mexican native and Texas patriot Lorenzo De Zavala.

Activities: Spelling bee, Camp Analytical, Family Reading Night, Animation Club, Running
Club, and other monthly meetings.
