Mission Statement
The education of every child is the reason for our existence. When we facilitate learning we have a reason for real pride.

 Principal's Corner

Dunbar Middle is a Public Educators Accelerating Kids (PEAK) School. This program allows our students to be placed with Highly Qualified Educators who share the responsibility for student learning, demonstrate effective classroom management, are team players, and have an expertise in their subject area with the ability to help students achieve academic success. The overall guiding principle of this PEAK school is to significantly impact students academically and socially to their full potential. We believe it's the ability to learn, adopt, modify, and innovate that will make Dunbar Middle School successful.
