Academic Teaming is an instructional organization in which four to five teachers pool their resources, interests, expertise, and knowledge of students and jointly take the responsibility for meeting a significant part of the instructional needs of the same group of students.
These teachers share a common group of students and share a common planning time.
They share the goals and dreams of all their students.
