Principal--Anitra Perry
Mrs. Anitra Perry has served as principal since August 2001. Mrs. Perry earned Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of North Texas and a Masters degree in Education from the University of Texas at Arlington. She enjoys reading, but her favorite things to do are to spend time with her family and travel. |

Vice-Principal--Paula Silva
Ms. Silva rejoins our faculty after spending three years as vice-principal at Leonard 6th grade center. Ms. Silva earned her principal's certification from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2006. Prior to that, she earned a Masters degree in Mathematics Education from Texas State University and a Bachelors of Science from the University of North Texas. Ms. Silva previously six years at Atwood as a 4th grade math teacher before serving as our Instructional Specialist for two years. Ms. Silva is married and has three children at home. She was born in Virginia. |

Secretary--Donna Calvey
Mrs. Calvey has served as our school secretary for three years. She acts as receptionist, answering phone calls and handling inquiries from parents and staff. She also collects and accounts for any money received and maintains our campus payroll information. |

Data Clerk--Keilani Henry
Mrs. Henry-Garcia has served as our data clerk for two years. She does an outstanding job at keeping our student attendance and academic records accurate while also managing the many withdrawal and enrollment requests that occur throughout the year.

Counselor--Dr. George Ruffin
Dr. Ruffin is currently serving as our substitute school counselor. Dr. Ruffin retired from Fort Worth ISD in 2005 after serving in various capacities for over 25 years. After earning his BS from Tennessee State, Dr. Ruffin continued his education at DePaul University in Chicago, where he earned Masters Degrees in school administration, behavioral science, and school counseling. Dr. Ruffin also holds a PHD in marriage and family counseling and is a regular contributor to Creative Thought magazine. |

Nurse--Christina Hames-Bandlow
Nurse Christina joined our faculty this fall. She graduated from UTA with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. Her professional interests include diabetes, asthma, and cardiovascular disease. When she is not caring for our injured or ill students, she enjoys gardening and spending time at the beach. Nurse Christina has an identical twin sister, as well as four children.
