Principal- Ronald Schultze 

Ronald Schultze has been the principal at J.T. Stevens Elementary since fall of 2005. Mr. Schultze earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education from William Penn College and continued his education to earn his Masters of Education in Educational Leadership from Texas Woman's University.

Assistant Principal- Ameritha Freeman

Ameritha Freeman joined the J.T. Stevens family in the fall of 2005. Mrs. Freeman earned her Bachelor of Science in Education from Sam Houston State University. She continued her education to earn a Masters in Educational Administration From Texas Christian University. She is married and has a young daughter. Mrs. Freeman enjoys working at J.T. Stevens and watching the students achieve academic success.

Resident Assistant Principal- Christina McCloud 

Christina McCloud is the newest member of the administrative team at J. T. Stevens.  Ms. McCloud attended Prairie View A & M University and Texas Wesleyan University.  She is a Fort Worth native and has been an educator in FWISD for ten years.  Ms. McCloud is currently in the Aspiring Principal’s Program for FWISD working towards her Masters degree in Educational Leadership and Policy at the University of Texas at Arlington.  She enjoys traveling, having new experiences, and educating all children.  Ms. McCloud is delighted to be a part of the J. T. Stevens community.

Counselor- Julie Mullender 

Julie Mullender has twenty years experience in elementary education and has worked with students in grades Pre-K through 6th grade.  This is her twelfth year of experience as an elementary school counselor and her third year on the J.T. Stevens staff.  She earned her Masters of Education degree in counseling from the University of North Texas, is a certified Texas school counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor.  She enjoys collecting antiques, reading, and walking.  Julie lives in Fort Worth with her husband, three children, and two dogs.

Counselor- Melissa Crawford

Melissa Crawford joined the J.T. Stevens staff in 2008.  She previously taught Junior High and High School Family and Consumer Science courses in Arlington ISD for 8 years. She was a high school counselor for 2 years.

Mrs. Crawford earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Individual and Family Studies from Kent State University. She continued on at Kent State earning a  Master of Arts in Teaching. She also continued her education by earning a Master of Education in Counseling from Texas Christian University.

Mrs. Crawford resides in Arlington with her husband Brian and their daughter Avery. The Crawford's are also expecting a 2nd child this fall.

Nurse- Katie Crow

Katie Crow, R.N. has been the school nurse at J.T. Stevens since 1997.  She has been with Fort Worth ISD since 1991.  She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1983 from UTA.  She worked primarily in Pediatrics and Women’s Health before coming to School Nursing and her Master’s of Liberal Arts from TCU in 2003.

She is a Wedgwood girl having grown up two blocks from JTS and has lived in the area since she was ten years old.
